1. If parts are faulty we will replace them, and only if no replacement is available will we issue you with a full refund, there will be no refund or warranty on any parts that are pulled apart or dismantled without prior consent
2. Please choose parts carefully as a refund will not be given for any misdiagnosed parts/problem with a vehicle, if prior arrangement is made we may allow for a 20% return fee on parts that maybe thought to be returned
3. All Replacements / Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice and within 14 days of that invoice or no Replacement / Refund will be given
4. Please choose carefully with any parts that are ordered in, as Procured parts are not Refundable
WARRANTY ON PARTS
1. All glass & batteries are excluded from any warranty as they have a "as is where is" policy. All other parts have a maximum 30 day parts only replacement warranty unless otherwise stated in writing, no labour costs will be covered unless discussed before commencement of any such work, there will be no refund or warranty on parts that have been pulled apart or dismantled without prior consent
2. All engines, gearboxes & transmissions must be fitted by a Qualified Automotive Technician using the correct (New) fluids & filters, also engines must be fitted with a new cambelt, waterpump & thermostat. Also Radiator must be tested & flushed, or even replaced if needed or any warranty will be voided
3. All glass must be inspected on receipt, as we will take no responsibility for damage after initial inspection has been done
4. All batteries have been tested and will be sold with an "as is where is" policy and no refunds will be given
